Kento ports into the dark area, it was his second time being within the dark area and he knew that it would eventually be his home. As he walked out from the digital gate, his clothes changed to match a traditional uniform worn within the Dark Lords, black slacks a white shirt and a red tie.

Kento shrugged his shoulders as he places his comb in his top pocket and looks down at the map of the Dark Area the Dark Lords provided him.

"Hmm i cant make heads or tails of this"

Frustrated Kento takes a left after coming out of the gate and continues down the winding path looking for a digimon to challenge

It was like any other typical day in the most dangerous place in the digital world. The sky was a purple, almost black color with a hint of orange or maybe red; it's really up to who was seeing it. Digimon could be seen flying in the distance. Flocks of smaller digimon as well as digimon Kento couldn't dream of beating at his current level. As the tamer walked further he was harassed by the occasion DemiDevimon or Impmon that ran at the slightest movement the tamer made towards his digivice, but nothing serious shown up. One particularly brave little Impmon launched a barrage of small flamed balls at the tamers feet trying to make him dance.

Impmon: 10 Hp

May your fire be burned black and your flames past judgement to my foes, arise Keroberos

Kento says a quick incantation in his head before summoning his Gazimon, Keroberos. He desperately avoids the attacks of the Impmon before recollecting himself and pointing a finger at the Impmon.

"We can do this one of two ways, i can feed you to my pet, or you can lead me to some other digimon within this area"

Gazimon lets off a quick paralyze breath in an attempt to paralyze the Impmon before he could react in a negative way.

Keroberos: 10 Hp

The Impmon leaped back in shock when the digimon appeared and attacked so quickly. Unfortunately for the little imp it wasn't able to avoid the attack. The paralyze breath hit the Impmon dead center in its chest causing its body to twitch involuntarily for a few seconds. Even with its current condition Impmon was still able to get off a finger banger. The little ball of flamed formed and shot from its finger. Despite it being rather weak, it still hit Keroberos in the face dealing a good chunk of damage.

Keroberos: 7 Hp

Impmon: 8 Hp

Gazimon was ecstatic its attack had managed to hit the Impmon but was more surprised that the digimon was able to counter so quickly, and the bada boom hit his nose. The Gazimon rubs his nose in pain, for a light attack the Bada Boom sure did pack a punch. that With the Impmon stationary the Gazimon turns around in a fit of excitement and begins to use its claws to tear into the ground digging a hole directly under the Impmon

The Impmon still hadnt answered the question of Kento, and Kento wouldnt hold back his hand if the Impmon had waited until it was on its death bed to respond, in the tamers eyes it lost its chance when it attacked with a Bada Boom and didnt respond

As soon as the pit was dug, the Impmon fell into it with a thud. Impmon tried to use another bada boom, however its status effect kicked in causing it to drop its attack on itself. The pit only served to amplify the damage by keeping the small explosion in a confined area. Despite all of this, the Impmon wasn't about to speak, although if Kento looked closely it kept glancing nervously over its right shoulder towards the east.

Keroberos: 7 Hp

Kento looked down onto the Impmon upon seeing the explosion. His Gazimon along with him, he notices that the Impmon's nervous tick and looks over to the east as well.

"Gazimon finish him, we have work to do"

Gazimon lets out a Paralyze Breath filling the entire hole with the deadly toxin and then walks on with its master. The Gazimon gives off an excited bark as he and his tamer head eastward

The breath attack reduced the Impmon's remaining health down to zero, finishing the battle. Data from the little digimon flew into the tamers digivice. As Kento walked into the distance, it seemed rather barren. Not even a single digimon, there was just nothing but the usual Dark Area. However after a good walk, Kento came to a ridge; or rather a ridge appeared out of nowhere when he approached. Looking over the edge it was at least a good 30 foot drop to the bottom.

Kento whistles as the data goes into his digivice, he then presses a button returning his Gazimon

Cant have any mishaps happening while we are out

Before Kento knows what to do he is suddenly upon a ridge.

"I dont remember seeing this on the map"

Kento quickly pulls up his map making sure not to get to close to the edge, hoping to cross reference his current location with it. If his locale wasnt on the map he would simply add it to it, he was sure the guard team would reward him for it. The Tamer sticks out his tongue as he thinks of the wonderful things that he could recieve.

Kento takes a second to look around, maybe it was just happenstance that the Impmon looked over to the east, there didnt seem to be anything on his trek over, and he had to walk a good ways just to come to the ravine.

A 30 ft drop huh? If we find a rogue digimon, i think i may know how to get down there

Unfortunately there wasn't any digimon in sight, however the ridge hadn't been there either just a moment ago. There was however a rather steep slope with a few decent looking foot holds that might do the trick. Below the slope there seemed to be some kind of hole in the ground, almost like a well. It was lined with bricks and had a large wooden crank sitting on top of it.

Kento looks around for a bit longer, hoping to find a nearby digimon.

Theres never a monster around when you need one

The tamer lets out a heavy sigh and puts his head down, taking notice to the footholds.

"Well well what do we have here?"

The tamer places his feet into the footholds and slowly begins his decent, his goal was the well and if all went well on his decent he would make his way through it

It must be a dungeon, but its strange to have a dungeon inside of a place like the dark area

Try as he might the tamer couldnt get over the Impmon he had just encountered and how it kept looking over his shoulder. The tamer muttered to himself that he must be careful

It took some time and some effort, however the tamer was able to make it down the decent. Once down by the well Kento could see nothing more than darkness in the well. It was deep, however the crank and rope seemed to bob up and down suggesting there was enough water for the object attached at the end to float on. The rope and crank looked old but had signs of recent use. Even still the tamer could see no signs of digimon around him.
